Two large grip points on each side make pulling the handle forward to let water flow easy and safe for those with grip related handicaps.
The large lever rotates the knob clockwise / counterclockwise to adjust temperature. The large lever makes adjusting the temperature easier and more precise. It was made with the intent of being able to adjust the temperature with your foot / leg.
The file is a proper STEP so you can edit it very easily.
I highly recommend using high temp plastics like PCTG PRO, ABS, ASA, and avoid low temp plastics like PLA and PETG for safety. Layer bonding is very important, as weak layers can delaminate when pulling the knob forward.
