### The last filling
G-07 "The last filling" is the armoured loading yard at the end of the supply chain, and one of the set's large objectives. Two filling blocks with walkable roofs flank an open yard. Two filling towers carry a walkable filling bridge at 6″, with the filling head hanging above the lane. Fuel pumps, red control panels and sealed drums line the yard walls, and the yard is wide and tall enough for a big tank to drive right through.
### Features
- Base 381.0 × 203.2 mm (15″ × 8″), terrain area 774.19 cm²
- Walkable roofs at 76.2 mm = 3″ (60.0 mm clear walkway) and a filling bridge at 152.4 mm = 6″ (54.0 mm clear)
- Checked standing: 4 × 40 mm bases on the 3″ roofs, 7 on the 6″ bridge, 2 in the yard
- Drive-through lane: 209.5 mm clear width between the drums, 137.2 mm clear height under the girders, 128.2 mm under the filling head. A 155.6 × 178.0 × 108.0 mm tank model was pushed through the yard in 39 positions without touching anything.
- 18 mm railings with 24 mm armoured parapets and vision slits. Ladders 50 mm clear, 8 mm rung pitch.
- Two fuel pumps with gauge and hose, red control panels, four sealed drums, an oil pool and an OBJECTIVE sign on the bridge
- Ground-line system flange Ø 44 mm at 28.0 mm: connects straight to the pipeline
- Loose rules card
### Game use
Rules for Warhammer 40,000, 11th edition. Unofficial fan-made terrain. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Games Workshop. Warhammer 40,000 is a trademark of Games Workshop Ltd.
- Category: Dense (suggested, agree before the game). The closed filling blocks block sight above 2″.
- Levels: 3″ roofs, 6″ filling bridge. The yard under the bridge is open and higher than 3″, so Solid does not close it.
- Objective piece: yes. On a mission objective point, the whole plate including roofs, towers and bridge is the terrain objective.
- Terrain actions: at the start of your Shooting phase, one unit with a model in the yard (ground level between the filling blocks) can give up its shooting and charge for the turn to pick one (measure from that model):
- ISSUE AMMO: pick one other friendly unit within 6″. Until the end of the phase, it re-rolls wound rolls of 1 for its ranged attacks.
- REFUEL: pick one other friendly VEHICLE unit (not AIRCRAFT) within 6″ that is not engaged and did not advance or fall back this turn. It makes a normal move of up to 2″ and cannot declare a charge this turn. It can still shoot.
- Set-wide frame: terrain actions are optional. Each player can start 1 terrain action per battle round, across all modules and copies. Effects do not stack.
### Print settings
- PETG, 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.2 mm layers
- 3 perimeters, 4 bottom / 5 top layers, 15 % gyroid, 240 °C nozzle / 80 °C bed
- No supports, no brim. Every part fits a 220 × 220 mm bed and is already in print orientation.
- 44 printed parts on 7 plates (01–07), plus the flange coupon (plate T)
Print time and filament (PrusaSlicer 2.9.6 estimate, heat-up not included):
- T · Flange coupon, print first: 0 h 28 min · 4 g
- 01 · Base plates 1 + 2: 8 h 46 min · 120 g
- 02 · Base plates 3 + 4: 8 h 48 min · 120 g
- 03 · Both filling bridge halves, parapet railings, base connectors, drum: 9 h 42 min · 114 g
- 04 · Both filling blocks, roof, railing, fuel pump, control panel: 25 h 55 min · 306 g
- 05 · Roof, railings, tower ladder, fuel pump, control panel, drums, pin: 8 h 04 min · 94 g
- 06 · Both filling towers, ladders, objective sign, name plates: 10 h 50 min · 126 g
- 07 · Ground flange, splice plate with filling head: 1 h 05 min · 12 g
- Total terrain: 73 h 11 min · 892 g (with coupon: 73 h 39 min · 897 g)
### What else you need
- 2 magnets, 5 × 2 mm discs (plus 4 if you fit them in the coupon)
- 1.75 mm filament as dowels: 4 pieces of about 9 mm (tower corner posts) and 4 pieces of about 5 mm (bridge splice)
- Glue
### Assembly highlights
- Print the coupon first and check the system pin and magnet fit on your own PETG.
- The four base plates join with four connectors underneath. The hollow filling blocks glue onto the plate, and the roofs sit on wall tenons.
- The towers are pinned into the roofs with filament dowels. The two bridge halves meet over a splice plate that also carries the filling head.
- Glue the drums exactly at their marked places at the back of the yard: their position is part of the checked 209.5 mm lane.
- Magnet polarity, the same on every flange of the set: look at the flange face with the notch at the top. Left magnet north pole out, right magnet south pole out.
- Step-by-step instructions with all parts and positions are in BUILD_GUIDE_G.pdf.
### Works with the rest of the set
Promethium Line is a coherent terrain set in ten modules with one story. The mountain is the promethium source, drill station D taps it, and the pipeline H carries it past pipe bridge A and buffer tank B to the refinery with tower E and the bombed tower turned drill rig F. Loading yard G closes the chain. Craters K, the tanker wreck C and field defences J show the fight for it.
Every pipe flange in the set fits every other flange: Ø 44 mm, a square system pin and two 5 × 2 mm magnets. G sits on the 28.0 mm ground line with the pipeline H and tanker C, so a pipeline run can end right at its flange. See the Promethium Line collection for all modules.
### Files
- Model files: all single STLs in print orientation, plus one PrusaSlicer 3MF project per print plate, named job_<plate>_….3mf (T, 01–07). There is no G-code. Slice the 3MF projects with your own printer profile.
- Other files:
- rules_card_G.pdf: the module's rules card, 85 × 54 mm, a loose card
- TABLE_RULES_card.pdf: one card for the whole table (Core Rules reminder, objectives, terrain actions), two sides
- BUILD_GUIDE_G.pdf: parts list, plates, magnet polarity and step-by-step assembly
- RULES.pdf: all set rules in full, with Core Rules references and the balance maths
- source_G.zip: the parametric source code, to change tolerances and rebuild every STL
- Print all cards at 100 % (no page scaling). The Table Rules card has two pages: cut them out and glue them back to back.
### How it was made
Designed with AI assistance as parametric Python CAD code (build123d / manifold3d) and checked by automated tests: watertight meshes, overhangs of at most 45°, bridge lengths, collision checks of the full assembly, standing tests with 40 mm bases, the drive-through lane and a PrusaSlicer run for every plate. It has not been test-printed yet. The fits are designed, not proven on a real printer, so print the flange coupon first. Makes and feedback are very welcome.
