This side cover is designed specifically for the SpeedyBee Master 5 HD frame.
It provides full side coverage while keeping the important connections and controls easily accessible:
USB port moved to the middle for easier access
Ventilation openings to improve airflow around the VTX
Dedicated hole for the buzzer button
Easy clip-on installation directly onto the frame standoffs
Full coverage for better protection of the electronics
Only the motor cable needs to be soldered sideways to fit correctly. See the pictures for the cable routing.
I printed mine in ASA on the Anycubic Kobra X for its strength and temperature resistance, but the model can also be printed with any rigid/solid filament such as PLA, PETG, ASA or ABS.
No additional hardware is required for mounting. Simply clip the cover onto the frame standoffs.
Recommended: use a material with enough rigidity to keep the clips secure without being too brittle.
