Made this toolhead for my needs and to not spend so much money on the parts which i had at home.
This is still a work in progress so it is possible that we have some dimension no compatibility.
Suggesting front cover, fan duct, probe mount and hotend adapter to be printed in nylon, since we have chamber heater in and we all know that ABS has softening limit at around 70 degree celsius. I made hotend adapter even from aluminum but still not tested for now.
Why i made this post or remix?
Because someone also has a problems with hotends and canbus which i had, from december 2024 till now i probably switched all components except belts motors and the box itself. I had 90% of stuff at home, all i needed is to print stuff and make the adapter. Also i like normal klipper more than Qidi's one and want to be cheap since im not pursuing fast prints but just to be working machine.
Electronics for toolhead:
Hotend: TZ V6 2.0 - 1 set
Fans: Using original V6 fan around heatsink and original Qidi 5015 for part cooling
Probe: PINDA from Fysetc or TriangleLab (when u buying make sure its pinda and not M8. M8 probe is much longer than pinda!)
CanBus Board: EBB36 V1.2 (can also use SHT36 Mellow or any other compatible with this size)
Printed parts.
