Folding angle gauge for checking internal and external angles.
Includes 8 angles in 10° increments: 100°, 110°, 120°, 130°, 140°, 150°, 160° and 170°.
One side has notched templates for checking external corners. The other side has pointed templates for checking internal corners. The blades fold between two covers for compact storage.
Useful for woodworking, model making and checking angles on 3D printed parts.
Assembly
Print all 16 blades and both covers separately.
Use 2 × M4 × 25 mm countersunk screws and 2 × M4 nuts.
The covers include countersunk screw holes and hexagonal nut recesses.
Remove any burrs around the holes before assembly.
Tighten the screws lightly so the blades can rotate freely.

Material: PLA or PETG
Layer height: 0.2 mm
Walls: 3
Infill: 20–30%
Supports: none when printed flat
Brim: optional
Print the blades flat with the angle markings facing up. Print the covers with the countersinks or nut recesses facing up.
