This is a overengineered wall mounted peg-board, it comes with a couple different attachments, one is a Stanley fatmax 6 feet measuring tape holder, and a micrometer holder, but the micrometer holder isn't like a normal one, it can hold all different sizes of micrometers. This pegboard is a really nice one because its cheap to make, (about only 16 of filament grams per panels) and it has some extenders on the back of it so you can actually put your attachments on it. This pegboard is not like a normal pegboard, it uses a feature so when you put the attachment in it slides down and locks in place. It gets hung up by a few nails or thumbtacks, although it may look not to sturdy, it can hold up to 1kg for a panel, being printed in PLA at %5 infill. If you like this model and you think it is useful please follow me, like and comment, it shows your appreciation for my models.
MOUNTING, This is already listed in the information above but if you need further instructions here they are, Grab some thumbtacks or nails, I used these heart thumbtacks on mine because it has more surface area on it, make sure to put the piece up to your wall and mark it with a pen, I would recommend mount the nails or thumbtacks in one of the pegboard holes, or you can do it like I have my thumbtacks mounted in the connecter, that just does not work as good. You will notice that if you try to put the pegboard piece in the wrong way it will not fit, that is because I made it this way, it just makes it easier for mounting. The tolerances aren't too bad, it is just a tighter fit on purpose so it can stay together.
PRINT SETTINGS, I used a brim for the pegboard and rafts for the attachments, not supports for the pegboard and supports for the attachments, printed them both on fast mode, and in PLA. here is a list of the other print settings.
SUPPORTS I only used supports for the attachments. (if you use cura slicer do normal supports not tree)
BUILD PLATE ADHESION I used raft for pegboard and brim for atachemnts but I would highly recommend using rafts.
PRINT SPEED I put mine on FAST (0.2mm) ~aka250mm/s~ which works really good
TOLERANCES you dont have to worry so much about this, it works fine so leave it the way it is
JERK CONTROL I use cura slicer and if you guys use cura slicer and havent used jerk control, its a lifesaver just click the drop down menu > scroll down to custom settings > click custom settings > then search up "Jerk Control" > enable it, and leave all the settings for jerk control at default.
INFILL I used %5 infill with the grid infill, you can use what ever infill you want heres the equation for the infill thing, HIGHER %# = STRONGER LOWER %# = WEAKER.
MATERIAL I used https://amazon.com/dp/B0CFV69955
WALLS wall thickness = 0.84mm, wall line count = 2, horizontal expansions = 0.0 mm
LAYER HEIGHT 0.2mm
COOLING fan speed = %100
TRAVEL enable retraction (ENABLED) z hop when retracted (DISABLED)
