Beefy INDX Core One Toolhead Carriage

Why does this exist?

Why not? While doing some work on my pre-assembled Core One w/ Bondtech INDX, I noted how little material there was around the upper screw holes for the toolhead. Then while trying to reinstall the belts, I fought with them pretty hard trying to pre-tension the belts. So this Remix came to life!

The design focused on reinforcing areas I felt could stand from some additional material, smoothing out the belt path for easier installation (it still isn't fun tho...) and of course converting the STLs to CAD formats.

Did the original NEED to be stronger? Probably not, but I'm a big believer in ensuring your toolhead is rigidly mounted on a modern 3d printer. The only con I can see is this weighs about 0.45 gram more than stock, at my recommended print settings.

Installation Notes:

Follow the official Instructions for installation:

This design installs exactly the same as the original.

The M3 square nuts for your Part Cooling Fan duct will fit into their openings tighter than the original however, so extra force may be required to push them in. This is be design. I found they fell out of the original design too easily for my liking.
