About The Model:
This model was made for a Hackclub event and also for personal and practical use for everyone to use! (Specifically photographers) This was a design for a simple and initiative approach to the CAD experience as a CAD amateur.
A simple cylindrical, slide-out container to fit photographer needs for simple storage. Designed for Canon EOS camera users that require LP-E6 batteries, this storage unit can hold up to 2 of the LP-E6 series batteries along with a whopping 12 SD Cards, and a little spot for a microfiber cloth. This model was very specifically created for photographers in need of not only a place to store accessories, but also cool looking one too!
Semi-compact measuring roughly 4.625 in. in diameter and roughly 8.5 in. long when retracted, (roughly 13.625 when fully extended.)
Printing and Assembly:
Recommended printing positions for pieces varies for printers, but it is recommended to print the pieces with their flattest faces facing the printer bed. Specifically for the largest part, Slide-out holder) it is best to print on its side or however slicer software may recommend.
Needs 4x 3mm thread screws. (0.375 in. long, if not available any longer is fine.) Mount holes located on edges that connect the case part together

More modular version coming soon! Planning on making battery slots interchangeable for a variation of batteries for Canon, Nikon, and Sony cameras! Will also improve locking mechanism and assembly, give this model a like if you are interested.

Update: Now has interchangeable battery and SD card slots! Limited to Canon batteries, more coming in the future! (Sony, Nikon, etc.)
You can now print interchangeable battery slots for the LP-E10 series batteries and LP-E6series batteries along with one large SD Card slot holder. Enjoy!
