After a while, I needed a few more Cardboard Box Zips (https://www.printables.com/model/1593826-cardboard-box-zip), but faced some difficulties both with printing and using them. This made me realize that the original design had a few flaws and the things could be done differently. In fact, all the things!
You will need
9 g of PLA or PETG
Printing
0.2 mm layer height
disable support generation - ignore the floating regions warning
tune the outer wall speed down to 30 mm/s
brim is optional
Post-processing
squeese the handle against the main part, then squeeze the clip itself to remove the designed support with bare hands
Making the best of it
the boxes are different - so are the clips - make sure to use the proper one depending on the thickness
do not overfill the box, that's too much to handle!
