An oval shaped case for the Seeed Studio XIAO nRF52840 & Wio-SX1262 Kit paired with a 21700 cell and IP2312 fast charger. I designed the case to be as thin/skinny as possible to maximize the "hold-ability" of the product. Also, only one side of the case is open, this allows the device to be hung upside down to give it some weather/water resistance.

Battery Clips
The battery clips used in this design were purchased off AliExpress in a 50pk for ~$6 CAD.

Mini Slide Switch
The switch used in this design was also purchased off AliExpress in a 20pk for $1 CAD.

Steps
Print everything, no supports needed
Insert the spring clips into the slots on the 'sled'
Solder the battery leads of the battery protection board to the posts of the spring clips. Note that the orientation of the battery protection board leads dictates the polarity that the 21700 cell will need to follow.
Insert the mini slide switch into the 'switch' holder. Pull the nRF52840 apart from the Wio-SX1262 so you can access the BAT pads for soldering.
wire/solder the switch and holder to the nRF52840 and then to the IP2312 as shown in the picture.
Put together the nRF52840 with the Wio-SX1262 as well as the antenna pigtial and then place everything together as shown in the picture. Note that you can use the face 'plate' to hold things in place.
Solder the power wires to the correct pads on the battery protection circuit.
Install the 21700 cell and slide the assembly into the 'case'. Secure with two M3x10 pan head screws.
