Eufy Robovac Parts

Replacement final drive gear for the sidebrush and roller brush pulley of a Eufy G30 Edge robovac (compatible with many similar Eufy models). These gears seem to strip after tangling with too many cat toys, lol!

Orca Slicer Settings

• Nozzle: 0.25mm (Had limited success with 0.4mm nozzle too!)

• Layer Height: 0.1 mm

• Wall Generator: Arachne

• Wall Loops: 4

• Infill: 30% (TPMS-D / Gyroid)

• Supports: Required, had to turn fan on 100% for supports when printing with PA so that they would cleanly separate. Also set top Z distance to 0.15mm and Top interface spacing to 0.1 mm

• Outer Wall Speed: Slowed down to 30 mm/s for precise gear tooth geometry especially on a 0.4 mm nozzle.

• Compensation: Set X-Y hole compensation to 0.1mm and X-Y contour compensation to 0.15

Material Recommendations

• Printed with: Sunlu Easy PA and Polymaker PolyLite PLA Pro

• Ideal Materials: POM (Delrin) for optimal gear longevity.

• Note on Materials: Standard PETG and ABS tend to be too soft for fine gear teeth and may wear down quickly.

Design Details

• Gear Specs: 37-tooth gear with a 0.6mm module. Decreased root radius by 0.1mm and increased tip radius by 0.1mm to help with 3D printing and to match original gear outer dimension of 23.6mm (a 37 tooth 0.6mm module gear has a nominal 23.4mm OD) Also initially had 0.08mm of backlash but took that out as gear seemed too mesh too loosely with other gear.

• Pulley Spec: Also 37 teeth S2M tooth profile.
