I really didn't like the stock headlight on the lynx-s because with any kind of pedal softness it would just point at the ground 5ft in front of me when accelerating and the cutoff beam pattern was not very good. These spacers allow for the headlight to be mounted upside down and slightly lower so that there is no cutoff beam and the headlight can tilt much further upwards making the headlight much more usable with acceleration assist and soft ride modes.

Print settings: PETG with a bunch of walls so its basically 100% infill. You will need to use some supports. I used .6 nozzle but smaller would probably be better.

Hardware: x2 M5x10 button head bolts (Socket cap will likely not fit) and the 2 original M5 bolts for mounting the headlight.

The tolerances are quite tight for mounting into the headlight to ensure rigidity. You may have to slightly sand the part that fits into the slot on the headlight.

The original m5 mounting bolts cut their own threads into the plastic. You can tighten them down pretty hard but be careful not to strip the plastic.

The two pictures show the before and after of the beam pattern. First picture is stock headlight at its highest setting. Second is modified headlight at its lowest setting.

With the headlight in the stock configuration, the smallest distance between the front fender and headlight is about 100mm. With the modified headlight the distance is about 95mm. This leaves enough clearance for the 90mm of suspension travel.
