This model is made to utilize the pause function in the slicer of your choice. There are 5 colors in this model, each separated by height. From the base of the model on the build plate up to the top layer, the colors go in this order: white, light blue, dark blue, yellow, and red. The model as I have uploaded it is .25 inches or 6.35 mm at it's thickest (red flower to the base), and 8.53 inches or 216.74 mm around, which is about the max size for my printer. Each layer is .05 inches or 1.27 mm and can be adjusted to be as thick as you want by modifying just the z scaling in your slicer. A pause should be put in your gcode whenever you see a layer has been completed, then the colors should be switched in the order I stated.
