Replacement ladderlock buckle for 20 mm straps, so you can fix a broken backpack, bag or gear buckle without unstitching anything. It prints flat with no supports. The gap in the split bridge is cut at 45°, so you can thread the strap on without taking the buckle apart. It’s fully parametric (OpenSCAD source included), so you can adjust it for any strap width.
I have printed it in PLA, but would suggest to print it in PETG, especially for outdoor use.
For higher durability increase the number of perimeters (walls).

Ladderlock buckle for 20 mm webbing (21 mm slot) – replacement for backpack and bag straps
Replacement ladderlock buckle that fixes a broken backpack, bag or gear buckle without unstitching anything. The bridge is split with a 45° gap, so you can fit the strap loop without taking anything apart. It prints flat, with no supports.
Print settings
Material: PETG (ASA or nylon also work). I printed mine in PLA, but PETG is better for outdoor use because it resists heat, UV and creep.
Walls: increase the perimeters for more strength.
Uploaded STL is: 35 × 26 × 6.5 mm using 2.89 g / 0.92 m of filament
Other strap widths
The model is fully parametric. Open the OpenSCAD file (included) and change strap to your webbing width. The slot in the uploaded STL is 21 mm.
