This is a simple tool for making and attaching bias tape to be used for edge binding your sewing/MYOG projects. It turns 1.5" wide fabric strips into ~3/8" double fold bias tape, which is perfect for covering a 1/4" seam allowance.
There are two parts to this tool; the first ("folding tool") folds the edges of the fabric strip inward, and the second ("binding attachment") folds the result of the first in half while allowing fabric to be inserted in the middle. Before using the tool to sew the tape onto the fabric edge, I recommend running the entire fabric strip through the tool and iron it as it comes out of the binding attachment to create creases.
I've also included a 1.5" wide ruler/guide that is helpful for cutting fabric strips of the correct width.
No supports should be needed for any of the parts; I printed this with Bambu transparent PETG and had no issues using default settings (you might want to use seam painting to try to make the seam not be on the faces of the tool that touch the fabric, but I'm unsure how much of a difference this makes)
