The "Haunted Spidey" is a custom-designed, multi-layered 2.5D keychain. It features a cosmic rift/spiral background with a mysterious arachnid creature crawling out of the center.
I designed this completely from scratch in Onshape using native CAD features (sketches, offset patterns, and extrudes) to ensure a perfectly flat bottom and clean layer heights for easy multi-color FDM printing. It is fully compliant with the 80x80x6mm size limit.
Print Instructions & Z-Height Color Swaps This model is designed to be printed with Z-axis color changes. You will need to add two pauses in your slicer to swap the filament.
Layer 1 (0.0 mm to 3.0 mm): Start with Blue (or Black). This forms the sturdy base plate and the outer rim.
Layer 2 (3.0 mm to 4.0 mm): Swap to Red. This creates the glowing, textured spiral rift.
Layer 3 (4.0 mm to 6.0 mm): Swap to Black. This prints the Spidey creature and the "SHIV" nameplate text on the very top.
Recommended Slicer Settings
Layer Height: 0.2 mm (makes the math for color swapping very easy)
Infill: 15% to 20% (Gyroid)
Supports: None required (flat bottom design)
