Limitations before downloading
AI-assisted design. Not physically printed or tested. This is a rigid, static educational/display model, NOT a functioning conveyor. There is no motor, axle system, bearings, tensioner, joint hardware, tested clearance or load rating. No print-in-place claim.
The assembly-reference STL includes touching and overlapping component shells and is supplied for CAD visualization only. Print preparation is component-by-component. The 14 component files are closed meshes, but this does not prove printing or assembly success.
Customize four dimensions
- LENGTH: roller-centre distance, not total length.
- WIDTH: belt width.
- DIAMETER: roller diameter; also scales the rigid belt thickness.
- SUPPORT: distance between the two leg stations.
The full native recipes use /set_var and /bind. Open a fresh TrueGeometry Playground scene, paste a full recipe into Script and click Run. After it finishes, change a master variable in the command box. The guide PDF shows this workflow. No embossed text.
Two included presets (mm)
Compact: 160 / 60 / 20 / 100; overall 184 x 84 x 57 mm.
Wide: 200 / 80 / 24 / 140; overall 228 x 104 x 59.4 mm.
Order above is LENGTH / WIDTH / DIAMETER / SUPPORT.
Wide rails are 228 mm long and cannot fit straight along an axis of a 220 mm bed. Resize in Playground, check any rotated fit, or use a larger bed.
What is included
Separate files for two rollers, top and return belt sheets, two curved belt ends, two rails, four legs and two feet. Two complete native command recipes, an illustrated guide PDF, renders and mesh-check reports.
The component STLs retain assembly coordinates. Rotate and place each part onto the bed in your slicer. STL is unitless; import as millimetres. Render colors are not in STL.
Print and assembly notes
This is an unprinted CAD concept. Review orientation and support needs in the slicer. Box-shaped parts have flat faces. Roller circular ends may provide a print orientation. Curved belt ends need careful support/orientation review. Material, infill, layer height and tolerances are not validated. A glue-only static assembly may be explored but has not been tested.
Do not use this model as load-handling equipment, and keep it separate from claims about functional conveyors.
How it was made
Original simplified concept built with native TrueGeometry Playground boxes, cylinders, /sm_part polygon profiles, /set_var and /bind. No GrabCAD geometry was downloaded or reused. Belt-end curves are polygon approximations. The native mesh coordinates were saved as STL without mesh repair or new CAD geometry.
Mesh checks
Both presets: all 14 individual components have zero boundary edges, zero non-manifold edges and zero degenerate triangles at 0.00001 mm welding tolerance. This is a topology check only, not a self-intersection, slicer or physical-print test. The assembly-reference file is not a fused solid.
