Just a Sillyshell with some AMS-friendly detailing to make it look like a Fallout Energy Cell, for use with the Fallout AER9 Blaster shell by Methanejuice
I set up my AMS with yellow, red, black, and white, and included my 3mf file so you can potentially just run one yourself. In this instance I printed my shells on my H2C.
