I got AI to make a new design for the battery door, allowing straps to be attached. I sized it to perfectly fit the Spigen straps, and when using my other model for loop keys, it works perfectly, and is super comfortable.
Without Spigen straps, it can use the supplied strap, wrapped around a finger. This solution fits my hands perfectly, but it will probably be too tight/loose for a lot of people. Hopefully wrapping it around other fingers will let it work fine.
Otherwise, you can make your own strap out of something else, to go through the loop.
I found other people doing similar things, but they either had weird loop placement with really sharp corners, or lumpy models not based on the original Valve files. This one is based on the STEP model they released, so it slots into the controller perfectly.
