Gridfinity Sets – fits Festool Systainer³ M/ORG

Gridfinity baseplates and bins for Systainer³ M cases and Systainer³ Organizer M and L. Each is sized to Festool's published inner dimensions.

How it works: plain Gridfinity baseplate tiles (lightweight, open-bottom, 42 mm standard) butt together, and plain spacer strips fill the gap to the walls, so nothing slides. No glue and no snap clips. Every part fits a 256 × 256 mm bed. Print the fit-test corner first.

Estimated print time and filament (Bambu Studio slicer estimate, A1, PLA, 0.2 mm, 15% infill, 3 walls, no supports):

• Systainer³ M (inner 389 × 275 mm; verified on M 187): about 6h32m and 287 g PLA in total

• Systainer³ Organizer M (inner 389 × 246 × 60): about 4h37m and 198 g PLA in total

• Systainer³ Organizer L (inner 501 × 278 × 60): about 5h06m and 207 g PLA in total

⚠ Honest note: the images are renders. Designed from the published dimensions and not print-tested yet (my printer hasn't arrived). Please print the fit-test corner first.

• The M-case baseplate assumes all SYS3 M heights share the 389 × 275 mm inner floor. I only verified this on the M 187 page [check your case]. The 91 mm and 140 mm bins need at least M 137 / M 187 height. The 42 mm bins should suit every M height [M 112 inner height not verified].

• The Organizer sets replace the original plastic boxes. Bins are 49 mm tall (inner height 60 mm).

• SYS3 L cases are not included (inner dimensions not verified).
