The nozzle is designed with an 18 degree angle and 10mm opening. There may be a more optimal design, but I found this suitable for blowing out the small fins in the water cooling radiator.
The base is made wider, as its quite hard to take the cone shape on and off the hair dryer without it.
Fusion 360 file included.
Material:
Printing in PLA is perfectly fine. Set the hair dryer to the lowest heat setting when using it to remove dust.
Print settings:
Brim: Inner brim only - this is easy to clean up with a knife
Supports: Everywhere
Layer height: 0.15mm or 0.1 mm - for a smoother surface on the inside, hopefully resulting in a little more airflow
