Overview
A redesigned, high-rigidity PCB Klicky Probe mount optimized for the DragonBurner toolhead.
The main objective of this mod is to reduce total toolhead moving mass while increasing structural stiffness around the probe mounting point. A stiffer mount minimizes flex during docking and probing cycles, leading to more consistent Z-homing, bed mesh measurements, and smoother probe attach/detach action.
Key Improvements
Stiffer Design: Reduced flex compared to standard adapters, preventing deflection when picking up or dropping off the PCB Klicky probe.
Weight Reduction: Optimized geometry strips away unnecessary material to shave off extra grams from your moving printhead.
Direct Integration: Custom-fitted for the DragonBurner toolhead with neat wire routing clearance for the JST connector and thermistor/heater wiring.
