I struggled a bit to find a easy to print and use "weightless extruder"-mod for the FLSun QQ-S.
Mount the extruder nut and bolt through the center hole in the QQ-S-top part.
I have used some rubber-bands to fix the string to a flying extruder, and just tied a bottle to the other end as a counter-weight
No supports required
PLA works great
Layer-height 0.2mm, could probably work with higher.
Print 2 pulleys and bearing-holders
Needs:
2x: 608 ball-bearings for inserting into the pulleys.
2x: M4 x 20 bolt/screw for fixing the bearing-holder in place in place.
2x: M4 bolts and nuts to fix counterweight arm to original extruder-mount-holes.
1x: String
1x: Counterweight (I have used a soda-bottle filled with a bit of water.)
M4-bolts will be self-tapping
