This is a full sized keyguard for the Logitech mx mecha keyboard, but it prints in one piece on the buildplates of 180mm^3 (A1 mini size) and larger. I designed it this way so that almost anyone can print it, and due to it being in one part, no assembly is required.
The user only needs to take the supports off and rotate the hinges, so it is as accessible as possible not only in its function, but also in how its made. The idea is that people with cerebral palsy, arthritis, or typing difficulties can print and use it without difficulty.
I tried simulating flattening it out with hand mobility difficulties by taping my fingers together with masking tape, and although it did take longer than it would normally have taken me, I still managed to do it. I understand that people face many different disabilities though, so it may not work for everyone.
Printing:
Print it folded like in the first picture below. I've designed it to use minimal supports. Either print it from my .3mf file in Bambu Studio, or follow the second picture below to manually paint the supports on yourself. The picture shows the most efficient way to use supports.
0.2mm layer height is ideal.
