Its a small winch powered by a worm gear. It mostly uses push in place components, but for the handle parts and second side, a little glue can be utilized to keep them in place if necessary. The whole thing can be scaled up or down to fit your needs.
For assembly, make sure to assemble the side with all the components inside first, then you can place on the cap cover and assemble the second holding wall.
