Replacement screw for outdoor electrical boxes. This type of box is often found in automatic gate controllers or well pumps.
The screw has flat sides to be printed lying on the print bed for optimal strength. Printing standing-up with a round head would make it unnecessarily weak.
There are three files:
Normal screw, flat head;
Screw with a knob;
Washer (optional).
📏The screw was modeled after a 9mm diameter and 3mm thread pitch. Tested in 3 brands of boxes.
🖨Print remommendations:
Not recommended to use PLA. Printed mine in PETG. ASA would be even better.
At leat 5 perimeters, 5 bottom and top layers.
