🎃 Build Your Own Monster Pumpkin

Mix eyes, horns and mouths to create your own pumpkin character! Replaceable screw-in pins attach the decorations directly to the pumpkin — no hollowing out, carving a face or glue required.

👾 Included Models

All accessories come in S and M:

• Demon horns — a pair of curved, ribbed horns.

• Spider eyes — two clusters with four eyes each.

• Regular eyes — a pair of rounded cartoon eyes.

• Classic pumpkin mouth — a continuous, one-piece jagged grin.

• Monster mouth — sculpted lips and 14 pointed teeth.

• Cyclops eye — rounded eyelids and a separately colourable bushy eyebrow.

• Frankenstein bolts — a pair of round-headed bolts.

• Universal mounting pins - fits on every model

📏 Which Size Should I Choose?

Measure your pumpkin’s width across the front, not its circumference.

• S: suggested for pumpkins approximately 18–25 cm wide.

• M: suggested for pumpkins approximately 25–35 cm wide.

These are approximate styling recommendations based on the model dimensions, not tested fit limits. Pumpkin shape and ribbing affect placement. Mix sizes for different expressions!

For reference

the classic mouth is 10.8 cm wide in S and 13.5 cm in M. The pumpkin in the fotos is 22cm wide and got all parts in size S

Print at 100%. Both sizes share the same mounting pins. Scaling the complete models would change the threads.

🖨 Printing

• Complete 3MF models with aligned colour segments, without print settings.

• Developed using PETG / PETG-CF, a 0.4 mm nozzle and MMU3.

• Starting point: 0.20 mm layers, 3 perimeters, 15% infill.

• Finer or variable layers improve the rounded eye surfaces.

• Designed without external supports; check internal thread bridges in your slicer.

Print most decorations flat-back down, relief upwards. Print the classic mouth visible-face down and pins threaded-end down. Keep colour segments together when importing.

🔧 Assembly

Screw the pins into the rear sockets using the 6 mm hex collar. Tighten gently, then press into the pumpkin near the mounting points.

Each pair of accessories or mouth needs 2 pins. The Eyes need 1 pin. All use the same replaceable pin.

Several designs have been physically tested; not every size and colour combination has been tested. Older photos may show the two-piece classic mouth — the current file is one piece.

Remove, wipe clean and store dry for reuse. Pins leave small punctures in the pumpkin. Decoration only: sharp points and small parts.
