This is both sort of a prop, as well as everything you need for a physical game of Inscryption, minus the cards.

This is my love letter to this game, as well as a thing I found lacking in other deckboxes I could find.

Assembled together, this is as close to the game model as I could get it, except for all the bits I added to it.

This model requires a bit of paint, some glue, as well as 5x1mm or 5x2mm magnets to hold it together. The file names (as well as Leshy_Camera_All_Parts_Layout) should help you assemble it for yourself.

This playset is compatible with Cryptic Crafter's cards. However, if you wish to print your own cards or store other cards in it, the internal volume is 60x90x150mm.

This model doesn't require any kind of MMU/AMS/ACE/multimaterial systems or anything like that. But you'll need to paint a few areas for it to look nicer.

It does require supports in some areas so be wary of that.

Below are the features this model includes:

  • Deck box itself

  • Player one's and two's bone trackers on the two halves of the lid (they go from 0 to 99)

  • Bell (the viewfinder on the top of the camera can fit a standard MX keyboard switch or other compatible clickers)

  • Token dish (the reflector part can come off to make picking tokens more convenient)

  • Candle/life counters (the bulb in front of the reflector is in three parts. It acts as player one's and two's life counters. They go from 3 to 0, but per Cryptic Crafter's rules, you'll only need sides 2, 1 and 0, indicated by rectangular indents.)

  • Pen holder (this is there for making Death Cards)

  • Token storage (the entire aperture assembly comes off and acts like a cup. Here you can store all the additional tokens you need.)

  • Coin (It acts as a frontal decoration when not in use. The inside part of the coin can accomodate magnets, by which it stores on the front of the box.)

  • Sigil storage (the left grip of the camera has storage for 31x31 sigil cards, in case you are playing with them.)

  • Scales (The arrow on the back can pivot to track damage between the two players.)

  • Tooth tokens (these can be used both as damage trackers for cards, as well as ingame currency, in case you need it. They are optional, since they aren't used within Cryptic Crafter's version of the game.)

  • Game field (there are three thin models in the shape of the cards included, two have an arrow on them. These can be used as card dividers within the deck box as well as markers for the playing field.)

Disclaimer: This is a personal project I made for myself, so the modeling isn't of the best quality, and the tolerances aren't that well dialed in. I'm not that experienced of a modeler. Sorry if the model doesn't print that well.

Disclaimer 2: The photos of the printed model are of a prototype. I went in and fixed some tolerances and added some more details that I screwed up on the first print. Your print should come out looking better than mine.
