The cube fits over the top of a 2" cube wall, then the hanger holds the first row. Next use a stick to start a second row about 6" below the first. Print as many as you need.

I liked paulhoover's The Hanger Chain design. I reduced the size and rotated the hooks so they would work with a vine. I designed the cube and the stick in Tinkercad.
