Texture has been applied to enhance the lateral focusing of the light using CNCKitchen's BumpMesh tool.
Use a brim or ensure your printer has top tier adhesion and a squeaky clean bed.
Best printed with a thick layer height, in a transparent black PETG. I used this stuff: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0H7WQLGD3
The other settings are set for you in the .3mf in Orcaslicer. Feel free to experiment with Fuzzy Skin options to give it more diffusion, but be warned that it blocks more of the IPD range the thicker you make the fuzzy skin.
I've included the .f3d and .step files for anyone who wants to make further modifications!
