I have always loved to create things but I never truly tried to make my own large scale projects. This is my first of many swords and weapons I plan to design and create. It gets what it looks like from an art post I found on Pintrest. Which I included a photo of along with the person who created it.
I personal used a long piece of scrap metal to go along the inside. I don't think that this would be capable of being structurally solid without it. If you don't having something like this and cant get one I recommend slicing the full one with dovetails and just increasing the wall amount. If you are able to get some kind of rod or scrap metal, try to cut it to the full length or close to of the sword to improve rigidity.
When it comes to assembly its pretty straight forward, remember to use something like super glue to get all the pieces to really connect.
NOTE : If you slicer says "Not in range, do you wish to scale to millimeters" SAY YES, otherwise it will be tiny. I think this is related to me doing it in Onshape
