I designed this intentionally tongue-in-cheek, 'True' toothpick drone frame to be built with actual toothpicks for a Botgrinder Print & Rip challenge. This is NOT a practical build, but the people requested I share it and who am I to deny them.

I printed the AIO Base and Motor Mounts in PLA, but that's dealers choice. For the battery mount, I print the Happymodel Baseline battery strap in TPU and it holds my 2s batteries great. You will need to trim 16 toothpicks to a length of 43mm and glue the ends into the base and motor mount slots (8 slot pairs with 2 toothpicks stacked in each). I used E6000 most recently with the hope of digging out broken toothpicks for replacement, but have not attempted removal yet though it secures them just fine. Epoxy worked well previously but is just a little messier to work with.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you plan on ever crashing, expect carnage (see demonstration). If you're looking for a forever rig, I do NOT advise you plan on this being 'the one'. This is indeed a Troubled build, and thus should be used for entertainment purposes only.

Here's what's on my rig for reference, but its setup for 25.5mm pattern AIOs and 9mm pattern motors.
