This is a cap/ lid for the popular and well loved Uni Kuru Toga mechanical pencil. This pencil does not come with a cap when you purchase one.
I am constantly on the move and had the read that breaking the lead tube at the writing end of the pencil is a common occurrence, so I designed this cap to protected it. It took me about 5 iterations, but now the cap fits snugly on the end of the pencil so that it wont come off in my pencil case, bag or pocket.
I also designed it so you could stick the cap on the butt of the pencil and still press the lead advancing mechanism. The fit on the butt of the pencil is intentionally looser to allow you to take it off easily when you want to put the pencil away you don't pull off the eraser cap with it.

(I printed in matte black PETG on the standard Prusa PETG filament setting - 0.15mm BALANCED profile on the textured build plate - no supports are needed, however you might need to orient the stl on the tip as seen in the photos)
