Our IKEA Norden table (which is a fabulous table) lost one of the insets that are used for locking it in its extended position. I measured the hole and did a simple version in OpenScad. It fit quite snugly at my second try, so even though I was planning to add screw holes, I decided not to, since the forces on it are sideways.
Instead of the crossbar in the original design, I made a rounded plate at 45 degrees angle, to make it sturdier and easier to print.

Print instructions
If your printer is not well calibrated, this may end up being too thick. In that case, reduce the diameter by 0.2mm or so.
If you have any elephant foot at all, you will need to file that off.
