Framework pegboard with Ikea Skadis peg compatibility, available in 20x20cm and 24x24cm. Remix of GokuXIV's model.
About the pegboard:
Needs no support. 20x20 can be printed at 100% infill for about 94g of PLA (spacers included). 24x24 can be printed at 100% infill for about 135g of PLA (spacers included). I suggest using 3 to 5 walls for better strenght.
Print 4 spacers for each panel, use 3 to 4mm screws, max head diameter is 8mm.
2 versions included for each size, 20x20_F and 24x24_F have a smaller (0.5mm) bevel on the back side, to make bed adhesion easier. Standard version without the letter has a 1mm bevel on both sides, better if you want them to stand upright and be visible from the front and back.
Except for the cover, all current images are made in Blender. The white pegboard on the cover is a real picture of the 24x24 model.
About the inserts:
The insterts are designed to be a snug fit, but you might have to play around with tolerances. Press fit them from the front, so that the flat side is showing. I have also included a test fit piece that allows you to check the tolerances for both pegs and standard inserts before you print a whole pegboard.
They are already oriented for a nice face finish by printing it against the buildplate. Since these are not structurally critical, you can test your luck with bridging and ironing by flipping them over.
PegboardInsert is the standard insert used on most of the board. One 20x20 board will need 78 of these to be filled. One 24x24 board will need 118 of these to be filled. They are all the same piece.
PegboardInsertBorderH is the smaller insert found along the horizontal (top and bottom) borders of the pegboard. One 20x20 board will need 16 of these to be filled. One 24x24 board will need 20 of these to be filled. Half of them need to be mirrored, this can be done directly in your slicer.
PegboardInsertBorderV is the slightly trimmed insert used along the vertical (left and right) borders of the pegboard. One 20x20 board will need 8 of these to be filled. One 24x24 board will need 10 of these to be filled. They are all the same piece.
PegboardInsertCorner is the insert with the large rounded cut in the corner, needed to make space for the screw mount. A board will need 4 of these to be filled. Two of them will need to be mirrored, this can be done directly in your slicer.
