Doraemon's Time Machine (Cỗ máy thời gian), proportioned after the official figure. 7 parts, each printed in its own color and glued onto the base.

PARTS (files at 1:8, base 137.5 x 200 mm)

* 01 Base (purple): 1.2 mm locating pockets for every part

* 02 Control console (cream): screen, gauges, keypad, joystick, T-lever, vents

* 03 Lamp (cream): plugs into the right fuel tank

* 04 Seat (red): 4 cushions, reclined back with top roll

* 05 Rear lever box (cream): 3 levers with red knobs

* 06 Fuel tanks L/R (dark blue): the right tank has the lamp socket

SCALE

I printed everything at 60.16% (base about 82.7 x 120.3 mm). Use the same % for every part, otherwise they won't fit.

FIT (PETG)

* Pockets: 0.25-0.45 mm per side. Part bottoms have a 1.5 mm fillet, so elephant foot won't jam them.

* Lamp socket: Ø7.06 mm hole for a Ø5.63 mm pole at 1:8 (Ø4.25 / Ø3.38 mm at 60.16%). Sand or drill if tight.

PRINT SETTINGS (K1 Max, 0.4 mm nozzle, PETG)

* Most parts: 0.16 mm layers, 2 walls, 15% infill, nozzle 240-250 C, bed 70-80 C

* Supports: only the lamp (print it lying flat) and the seat

* Textured PEI or glue stick (PETG can bond too strongly to smooth PEI)

* Small knobs (lever box, console): print on a separate plate with 0.20 mm layers, outer wall 30 mm/s, nozzle 230 C, fan 60-100%, min layer time 15 s, retraction 0.8 mm + Z-hop 0.4 mm. Printing 2-3 copies at once helps cooling.

ASSEMBLY

Drop each part into its pocket on the base and glue with CA or epoxy. Push the lamp pole into the hole on the right tank.

Fan-made model. Doraemon (c) Fujiko
