Today I want to share a simple wallmount for Dell OptiPlex Micro computers.
I needed this wallmount for my Dell OptiPlex 3040 Micro which I use for my DIY Autodarts setup so I created one. It should fit many Dell OptiPlex Micro computers, already tested it with these models:
Dell OptiPlex 3040 Micro
Dell OptiPlex 5050 Micro
I'd like to expand this list, so feel free to help me by sharing a make with information about your pc model :)
Features:
Honeycomb Design: No restriction on cooling, the computer will stay cool as long as its cooler is working
Perfect fit: The design is intentionally very tight-fitting, you'll need to slide the computer into the mount with light pressure
Easy Installation: The mount can be screwed to the wall at four points using 4-mm countersunk screws, or alternatively, it can be hung from the wall using the two side cutouts. The second option allows you to slide the mount up slightly and easily remove it from the wall.
