A small keychain for a big fandom!
I designed this ARMY keychain in SolidWorks as a companion to my round BTS keychain. It features the ARMY logo and lettering in relief, a decorative border and an integrated loop for attaching a key ring. The photos show the finished prints with their metal rings and chains.
Print one for your keys or backpack, give one to an ARMY friend, or make a batch to share as concert freebies.
Dimensions
- Main disc: approximately 40 mm in diameter.
- Overall height including the loop: approximately 45.5 mm.
- Total thickness: 3 mm.
Printing and color changes
Print with the flat back on the build plate and the logo facing up. The supplied CAD export may import standing upright, so rotate it before slicing.
Settings used for the photographed prints
- Printer: Original Prusa CORE One.
- Material: PLA.
- Print profile: 0.20 mm STRUCTURAL.
- Color changes: manual filament swaps using pauses in the G-code.
Perimeter count, infill percentage and print time are not specified. Use the appropriate settings for your own printer and filament.
Assembly
Pass a suitable jump ring or small chain through the printed loop and attach a metal split key ring. Hardware is not included in the model.
Choose your favorite colors, or pair it with the matching BTS keychain. Please share a Make if you print one!
