Pony 3/4" Pipe Clamp Pads for Round Objects

I needed clamp jaws for a Do-It-Yourself bike repair stand. Fortunately, justinow3n had already done the hard part of creating the geometry to fit a Pony 3/4" pipe clamp. All I had to do was take the justinow3n pads, and add V-blocks and a tab to hold them on.

The pads are a good size to fit either a dropper post, 27.2mm seat post, or 1 1/8" (28.5mm) fork steer tube. I also used them to clamp a drill jig on a 1"(25mm) pipe and a 35mm tube.

I printed my clamp pads in 95A TPU with 65% infill and 2mm walls, which seems to work well enough. You can try printing in rigid filament, but you will probably need to file or sand the hole to get it to fit - I wanted the TPU clamp pads to stretch slightly and fit snugly. I used tree supports for the hole, but might have been better off printing without supports. The files should import into your slicer in the best orientation for printing.
