Cat TP holder v3 (quiet version)
This is a remix of my cat TP holder, but it uses a spring to hold the role in place (it won't rattle around like my other version)
It uses a 3mm square nut and a 3mm 10mm long allen head bolt. A spring is needed, but I did include a spring bending tool to make a spring if you can't find one that will work at a hardware store.
Two screws go threw the cat and into the wall to hold it to the wall.

This has not been tested yet, let me know if there are any issues. My first version works good, but is a bit loud when rolling.
