What’s new in this remix
Textured grip: a knurled diamond pattern all around the outside, for a secure hold, even with wet or greasy fingers.
Drainage hole: a hole in the center of the funnel-shaped floor lets coffee residue and water run out, so the cutter doesn’t fill up and is easy to rinse clean.
Shallower blade slot: the slot for the #11 scalpel blade is less deep, so the blade sits a bit higher.
