Blocky Buddies Keychains - 6 Chibi Characters

Six original chunky character keychains from Popyca Studio: our Blocky Buddies Hero, Knight, Wizard, Robot, Astronaut and Ninja as flat-backed half-relief keychains with a sturdy ring loop. All characters are our own designs (no licensed or fan-art characters).

• 6 x STL - single colour, for any printer

• 6 x multi-colour 3MF - 3 to 4 colours per keychain (AMS / multi-material), one volume per colour

• starter-set-6-keychains.3mf - all six keychains on one plate, sliced for a Bambu Lab X1C (about 36 min, about 12 g PLA). Re-slice with one click for P1S / A1 or other printers

Design

• About 42 mm tall including the ring loop, 7 to 16 mm thick depending on the character

• Flat back lies on the print bed; every part is swept down to the bed, so there are no overhangs (props, beards and hats included)

• Ring loop: 9.5 mm outer, 4.2 mm hole, 2.8 mm thick, flush with the flat back

Print settings (as sliced)

• Slicer-verified in Bambu Studio on X1C, P1S and A1, 0.4 mm nozzle

• PLA, layer height 0.20 mm (Standard), 2 walls, 15 % infill

• Supports: OFF - none needed. Brim: none needed (flat back)

• Single colour: about 5 to 8 min and 1.4 to 2.5 g per keychain when printed alone

• Multi-colour on an X1C: about 57 min to 1 h 40 min per keychain, 66 to 117 filament changes, 7 to 11 g including the prime tower

Honest notes

• This is the first batch of this set. Every file was checked in the slicer with supports off and no warnings, but the pictures here are renders, not photos of printed keychains. Please let us know how your print goes in the comments, and post a make if you print one. We have not yet tested how the ring loop holds up to daily tugging, so use a split ring and tell us how it goes.

• Smallest details (face pixels) are about 1.2 mm, so use a 0.4 mm nozzle at 0.20 mm layers or finer.
