Vital details regarding print settings are that lid should have 9-10 bottom layers to make a strong connection between two main rectangles and that your slicer should notice small top brims on the sides of the box. They make achieving "Clicking" sealing easier. If your box does not seal shut with the click - try softening sides with weak flame and then adjust them a little. It may take a few attempts, though last batches were consistent off the bed. I tested with wall generator "Arachne" and with brims for both parts.
Also I think only one magnet is enough, but I left both grooves just in case.
