Needed a sturdy clip / hook to store the crank of our caravan awning somewhere other than just tossing it in the front storage compartment of our caravan.
Tried with a couple of clips first (front loading) but they broke so decided to go for a top-loading design instead. There where already some similar models posted but none where exactly to my liking so in the end I designed my own version.
It is designed to hold the original rod that comes with the Omnistor awnings. Diameter of that rod is 20mm. The screw holes are designed for 3.5mm screws, but 4mm should fit as well. I used screws myself but the back plane should also give enough surface to use double sided tape instead.
Print on it's side, 0,2mm layer height with 3 or 4 walls. Infill is not really needed since the walls provide most of it's strenght. I used 15%.
