I printed a lot with these mods and I had no issus yet. The pinter feels a lot more rigid now, and the quality also improved.
I printed most parts fom ASA and a few are made out of PLA+, all of them were printed on my Ender 3S1. On some parts you need support, on others there is no need, but do it as you like. I put a picture of my print orientation online so you can see how I did it.
The build volume is a little bit smaler than original!!
x:215mm (5mm less than original)
z:265mm (5mm less than original)

You need to put two nuts on top of each other for tne new end stop, otherwise it cant reach the end stop position. Please see the last picture

Matials I Used:
x-axis:

12x m3x8mm, and 8x m3 heat set insert

2x m3x12mm

2x m2.5x18mm!!!

a few m3 scews for the bearing block and the extruder mounting plate

2x 8mm rod, 350mm long

1x LM8UU (two each side)

1x LM8LUU (long version, because i had some alignment issues when using two short ones)

y-axis:

8x m3x12mm, and 8x m3 heat set insert

8x m5x12mm, and 8x m5 t-nut

2x 8mm rod, 350mm long

z-axis:
