A one-piece insert that fits the Forest Shuffle base game and its three expansions in the original box, with all cards sleeved (Paladin Gawain sleeves, Standard American). The folded board fits on top, so the box closes flat.
Features
5 card trays (cards stored flat), with room for around 70 sleeved cards each, enough for all ~307 cards.
Dedicated tray for Winter and Cave cards.
Folded game board recessed in the top of the insert.
Smooth finger cut-outs for grabbing card stacks.
Two small bins for a pencil and loose bits.
Dimensions
Insert: 219 × 159 × 46 mm (for a box with an interior of 219 × 159 × 49 mm).
Card trays: 93.5 × 60.5 mm, sized for a sleeved card measuring 92 × 59 mm. If you use thicker or larger sleeves, check your own measurements first.
Printing
Printed on a Prusa MK3S in PLA, 0.2 mm layers, no supports.
Worked well with no top/bottom layers and 20% honeycomb infill.
How it was made
Designed from my own measurements and print tests. The geometry was generated by a script written with the help of an AI assistant (Claude), then checked and test-printed by me.
