The grip handle of my telescopic pool pole was damaged. I wanted to replace it by a one printed in TPU. It was a good project to continue testing TPU on my printer and check how TPU is outdoor resistant (Temperature, humidity and UV)

I used Fusion 360 to design the handle more or less based on original one

Handle was printed using Fillamentum Flexifill TPU 98A (One of the 2 references sold by Prusa). There is a filament profile in PursaSlicer for this reference. So I used preset standard parameters in PrusaSlicer and textured plate without glue. Printed with 0.20mm layer height and 5% infill to keep flexibility of the TPU

I follow recommendations from Prusa site before loading filament (Cleaning, coldpull and loosen idler screw) and then launch print

Result was not so nice as I was expected. Layers are visible but stay well glued together and handle is very flexible. I need to analyze pb and find corresponding correction settings

On top of .stl and .3mf files I uploaded Fusion 360 .f3d one so you can modify the design and adapt it to your needs

As usual, feedback and comments (and for sure "likes") will be always welcome. Feel free to post nice pictures of your makes

Enjoy

EDIT 11/06/2022

Seems that printing quality issue was coming from humidity in the filament. After drying the spool next print was perfect → https://www.printables.com/model/224297-cap-for-windscreen-washer-tank-for-a-volvo-c70
