Background : My headphones recently stopped working, So I bought the GK Kunten iems, Sadly they do not come with a case. So using my exceptional CAD skills I designed some holders for my iems/ its accessories.
About The Models : So I have designed 3 organisers in total.
Iem Case : This one is to store ONLY iems, No extra eartips or DACs can be stored in this one. It uses a latching mechanism, Insert a m3 Nail or a 3mm linear shaft in the bottom case holes so that the latch can hold onto it. For the hinges use standard 1.75mm Filament Piece
EarTips Organisers : This one is to assort all your different sizes of eartips. You can store 12 pairs of eartips of different sizes. This one uses a hinge and a magnetic lock. I have added a 3mm by 2mm circular hole for neodymium magnets. For the hinges use standard 1.75 Filament Piece
Iem Case with EarTips & DAC Storage: This one is for the people who do not have a lot of eartips but still would like to store their stock eartips that came with their iems. It also features an area to store your DAC ( Digital To analogue Converter) if you have one. For the Assembly follow instructions given with "Iem Case"
Print Recommendations : Print in PLA if indoor use or in PETG if outdoor use. Use standard 15% infill
