OmniDrill 775 MK-1 is press drill system for 775 motor with inter changeable angles, positions and axis.
Assembly Instructions : (after printing out 9 parts)
Fix the main-bar on top of the base and secure it with four M3 bolts and nuts.
Slide the main-slider in the main-bar and secure it with M5 rods (metal or plastic or you can use pencils since this part will be changed according to your change in position).
You can drill 90 degree or 45 degree or other angle holes by changing the main-slider's position with the M5 rods you slide fixed.
Now slide the motor-inner-slider into the motor-slider part and use two rubber bands in the notches present in both parts.
Using rubber bands we can retract the drill into ideal position after pressing it with handle.
Now attach the handle-adapter into the motor-inner-slider and secure it with the handle-inner-nut.
Press fit the handle-extender into the handle-adapter (use some super glue to secure it permanently)
Now press fit the handle-extender handle-cap and main-bar-cap.
You can secure your 775 motor into the motor-inner-slider's clamp and use M3 screws to secure it tightly.
