Distance Sensor
This case was designed for a project I was thinking of developing; it's basically a 'distance meter,' thanks to a distance sensor that allows us to recognize when something is approaching and a buzzer that beeps when something is getting closer. The case is simple, but it covers everything we need for assembling the project.

Piece design
TOP
This is the part that makes the project look good, the top part of it. It has several holes, like the one for the sensor, the one for charging it, and the one for 'passing through' the sound more cleanly, without it being muffled like it would be without these little holes.

Base
The base is the main part of the project, containing all the structure that holds the components. The model has 4 compartments: 1 for the battery, 1 for the buzzer, 1 for the sensor, and 1 for the Arduino Nano. It was designed to hold all these components during assembly.

Assembly
To assemble this project and achieve a good result, you will need to have the following parts on hand.
Quantity | Parts |
|---|---|
1x | Sensor ultrassonic hr-sr04 |
1x | AAA battery |
1x | Buzzer |
1x | Arduino nano |
1x | model top case |
1x | model down model |
4x | Screw M1.7 |
The top part of the model is glued, not screwed. Once everything is in place, you just need to put the pieces in their correct spots. Don't forget to put the screws in to secure the Arduino, haha.
How should all the pieces be arranged?

3D Printing Manufacturing
The model can serve as a starting point for a study on 3D printing-based manufacturing, provided that the geometry is prepared and validated for this process.
Before manufacturing the parts, it will be necessary to:
Evaluate minimum thicknesses, clearances, and print orientation
Download the STL models
Review each part in the slicing software before starting the print
Determine how the parts will be joined and secured
Check for any interference between the wheel, the axle, and the supports
As I mentioned earlier, when printing, you must take into account factors such as strength, stability, and rotational capacity; furthermore, suitability for manufacturing must be verified before any practical application.
